If you take advantage of our regular standing order facility, we will automatically reserve every issue of your selected titles. You will be contacted by email when we process your standing order, with details of your subscription number and the expected first posting date. You can decide how often you would like the comics posted to you.
When you add titles to your existing standing order a confirmatory email will be sent to you with the details of your extras.
You may cancel a title from your standing order at any time, but we do ask that customers take the issues that have already been put into their files. All cancellations must be sent either by email or in writing and include your subscription number and the titles you would like to cancel.
At present we only accept orders from and shipping to the UK.
Providing your comics are in stock we aim to process your order within 3 working days. Orders will be sent by first class mail or 2nd class mail (choose at checkout). Orders exceeding £10.00 (postage cost) will be sent via a courier.
When you choose from the advance order section the ship date listed on each comic is subject to publisher change.
If you order from the current comic titles and a particular comic is sold out, we will do our very best to locate the comic and fulfil your order. You will have the ability to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.
All orders have VAT included where applicable.
If you choose to have your items posted as they become available, you will be charged for each part of the order based on the postal rates detailed above.
Under the Consumer Protection Distance selling regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order or reject goods, within 14 working days of the goods being delivered.
If you are not happy with any of the items you have received please contact us immediately. Notify us by email at email@example.com stating your name, order number and contact details and a brief description of the items you are unhappy with.
We will be happy to replace faulty goods.
We request you return faulty goods by first class delivery (postage incurred will be credited back to you)
Non faulty goods
You will be liable for the cost of postage and re-shipping if you wish to exchange non faulty goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. Goods must be returned in perfect condition. Please ensure goods are returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
Any refund will be for the value of the goods only (excluding postage). Your account will be credited no later than 7 days AFTER we receive the goods back. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely.
